We booked the table in 30 mins after they opened so it wasn't busy yet. A warm welcome greeted by the staff. Clean and organized, everything looked nice. We booked high tea to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Because we love to try high tea so some for kids, some for adults, perfect! Everything looked good. What a good experience to try Japanese high tea! And all the recommendations about what is good for kids, if they should have or shouldn't, appreciated it! The only thing that I think they should do is change the washroom lock, move it down more because it's a bit too high for kids. And also difficult to unlock for kids. My daughters got stuck inside because it was difficult to unlock for them. Even me, I had a problem unlocking it. You have to put the door out to be able to unlock it so my friend put the door from outside for my kids to unlock the door. Anyway, we all had such a great time so thank you very much! Oh! I love green tea so I tried all their green tea menus, liked them all! They are not cheap on the ingredients.
The soft serve ice cream with toppings were nice to look at and stay firm/cold and yummy while we ate them (and they didn’t go melty on us). We like the taste and look of Matcha Forest Cake better than the Matcha Cheese Cake. Things are a bit on the pricey side but the servers were very nice and helpful. The dine-in experience was pleasant. There was only a very brief wait probably thanks to it being a slightly rainy day. We liked our Tsujiri Richmond experience so much that we went to try out Tsujiri Calgary and ended up with a rather horrible experience. More on the in a followup extensive review.
First time trying the Matcha Parfait, it was definitely a delight treat!!! The perfect balance between the earthy richness of matcha and smoothness of creamy texture. The matcha itself was fresh, not so bitter. There were a few small chunks of sweetened red bean paste, which complemented the matcha perfectly!!!! The mochi were soft and flavourful itself. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves matcha or is looking for a refreshing yet indulgent treat.
Tsujiri - Central at Garden City, Richmond I recently visited Tsujiri, a popular destination for matcha lovers, and I highly recommend it! The Shiratama parfait was a standout - I absolutely loved it. The place itself was delightful, with a pleasant atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying their delicious treats.
What an absolutely awesome experience. So glad we did the afternoon autumn tea set. The onigri was so good! It was all good. The stunning plating. Felt very special. One of the best parts was the staff. Super nice people all of them. In particular, our waitress Mia( I think . Not sure if i heard wrong. We went Nov. 1st at 230pm). She was so kind, diligent in our tea and very helpful with all the questions we asked about where to put shoes, about food and dishes ect. 10/10 service pushed this place to full stars.
They have the best matcha ice cream product in Canada. We always get in when we see one. Very potent matcha flavor.
Great afternoon tea experience, the savoury ones were really good. Calm and quiet atmosphere with nice music. Called ahead to reserve. 90 for 2 people. The matcha tea was a bit light in taste.
We went so many time this cafe! drink is good and match Cheesecake also super good. And we enjoyed several times high-tea. At first, the quality of the food was good, but I could feel that the quality of the food was getting worse. This part is a little disappointing, but other than that, it‘s satisfying
